They are seeking a Global Marketing Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of events that enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and support pipeline growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn the global events strategy and roadmap across internal and external programsBuild an event framework that aligns each event to clear business objectives, target audiences, messaging, and success metricsEstablish governance, planning processes, and playbooks to ensure consistency across regions while allowing flexibility to meet local market needsRecommend the right mix of owned events, executive programs, webinars, and third-party sponsorships to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and demand generationLead the planning and execution of internal events such as company kickoffs, leadership meetings, employee engagement events, and strategic internal communications momentsPartner with leadership and communications teams to ensure internal events reinforce company culture, strategy, and alignmentCreate polished, high-quality experiences that reflect executive expectations and brand standardsManage the company’s participation in trade shows, conferences, customer events, partner events, and sponsored programsOversee event strategy, logistics, sponsorship deliverables, booth presence, attendee experience, and onsite executionPartner with field marketing and sales leaders to ensure event plans support pipeline, customer relationships, and regional prioritiesDrive pre-event, at-event, and post-event activation plans to maximize attendance, engagement, and follow-up impactWork closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Brand/Creative, and Marketing Operations to align messaging, assets, audience strategy, and follow-upCoordinate cross-functional timelines, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making across multiple event workstreamsEnsure all event materials, experiences, and communications are on-brand, customer-centric, and aligned with company prioritiesOwn event budgets, timelines, and project plans across multiple concurrent programsManage agencies, venues, production partners, AV providers, and other vendors to deliver high-quality execution on time and on budgetOversee contracts, negotiations, travel coordination, shipping, onsite staffing, and production schedulesIdentify efficiencies and opportunities to scale event operations globallyDefine and track key event KPIs, including attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, sourced pipeline, customer engagement, and ROIDeliver post-event recaps with actionable recommendations and insights into continuous improvementPartner with Marketing Operations to improve attribution, reporting, and event performance visibilitySupport webinar and virtual event execution, including scheduling, setup, production support, and coordination with presenters and campaign ownersCollaborate on audience targeting, campaign support, and reporting for digital event programsSkills5+ years of experience managing events in a B2B technology or software environmentProven success leading both internal and external events, including executive programs, customer events, webinars, and third-party industry conferencesStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and budgets simultaneouslyExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across senior leadership, sales, and marketing teamsStrong vendor management and negotiation experienceExperience partnering with demand generation and marketing operations teams to connect events to pipeline and business outcomesFamiliarity with CRM and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, webinar platforms, or similar toolsStrong attention to detail and a high bar for quality, brand consistency, and execution excellenceWillingness to travel as neededExperience managing global or multi-region event programsExperience in a fast-paced, matrixed B2B software companyAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionPassion for creating memorable, high-impact experiences that support both brand and revenue goalsBenefitsHealth coverageRetirement plansPaid time offFlexible workCareer developmentCompetitive payGlobal culture perksCompany OverviewAxway provides multi-enterprise cloud integration and API and identity management software.
