Description:

As a Guest Services Associate at Disney, you will play a key role in creating magical experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting guests with inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless and memorable visit to our parks and resorts. This position requires a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

4. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

5. Team player with a positive attitude

6. Previous customer service experience preferred

7. Ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

2. Assist guests with ticket purchases and reservations

3. Provide directions and information about park attractions

4. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

5. Maintain a clean and organized work environment

6. Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction

7. Uphold Disney’s high standards of service and professionalism

Educational Qualifications:
