• Innovating and integrating AI-based solutions into the coaching programs to stay ahead of the curve
• Driving growth and aligning with the company’s global objectives
• Delivery of top-tier executive coaching programs while fostering a results-driven coaching culture
• Serve as a key representative for the organization, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders
• Motivate and mentor senior teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision
• Identify emerging needs in the executive coaching space and contribute to the development of new programs and AI-driven tools that support client success
Skills
• Over 10 years of senior management experience
• Proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments
• Strong leadership skills
