Remote Licensed Therapist / Clinical Supervisor (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) – Illinois Location Remote (Must be licensed in Illinois) Job Type Full-Time or Part-Time Schedule Minimum 25 Billable Hours per Week and 15 Superviousry hours Work Setting Remote Job Overview We are actively hiring a Licensed Therapist / Clinical Supervisor in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our growing telehealth behavioral health team. This role combines direct client care with clinical leadership, including supervision of associate-level clinicians (LPC, LSW, AMFT), training, and program development. Responsibilities Clinical (Core Role) • Provide 25+ billable therapy sessions per week via telehealth • Deliver evidence-based therapy for patients with • Anxiety • Depression • Trauma • ADHD • Other behavioral health conditions • Complete clinical documentation • Maintain strong patient engagement and retention Clinical Supervision • Supervise partially licensed clinicians (LPC, LSW, AMFT) in Illinois • Review and sign off on clinical documentation as required • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback • Ensure adherence to clinical and ethical standards Training & Program Development • Assist in onboarding and training of new clinicians • Lead case consultations and team development sessions • Develop and improve clinical SOPs, workflows, and best practices Leadership & Compliance • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on clinical operations and scaling programs • Ensure compliance with • CMS (Medicare/Medicaid) guidelines • Illinois state regulations • Commercial payer requirements • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and implement updates • Participate in audits, QA reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements • Active, unrestricted Illinois license • LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor) • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) • LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist) • Eligible to provide clinical supervision in Illinois • Minimum 2+ years post-licensure experience preferred • Experience with telehealth therapy strongly preferred • Knowledge of Medicaid, CMS, and insurance guidelines • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience supervising clinicians • Experience in telehealth or multi-state behavioral health organizations • Background in clinical program development or leadership roles Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation (based on experience and productivity) • Flexible remote work environment • Leadership growth opportunities • Supportive and collaborative team Why Join Us • Opportunity to supervise and mentor clinicians • Be part of a fast-growing behavioral health organization • Direct impact on patient care, compliance, and clinical quality Apply Today If you’re a Licensed Therapist in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) looking for a clinical supervisor role, we encourage you to apply today.
