Remote Lead Research Analyst - Texas Based - $70,000/year

Key Responsibilities: As a Lead Research Analyst at SPM, you will be responsible for: Executing and supporting comprehensive research strategies aligned with organizational goals. Leading key research projects, ensuring accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Coordinating with internal teams to define project objectives and determine appropriate methodologies. Conducting both qualitative and quantitative research using tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, and SPSS. Analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform business decisions. Preparing clear, detailed research reports and visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. Presenting findings to cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic discussions. Maintaining research databases with a focus on data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards. Staying informed on industry trends, emerging research tools, and best practices. Assisting senior leadership with other research-related tasks as needed. Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have: Residence within Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, etc) Bachelors degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, Business, Statistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience conducting research projects, preferably in a corporate or agency environment. Solid knowledge of research methodologies, statistical analysis, and survey platforms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills preferred). Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience collaborating across departments and presenting findings to varied audiences. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to team success.
