The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric ROBS Onboarding Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you will partner with new and existing entrepreneurs (clients) to guide them through the rollover process from entity formation to funding. Your expertise in business regulations, 401(k) plan adoption agreements, and roll-over processes will be invaluable in helping our clients launch their small businesses. Key Responsibilities: Direct clients through all steps of the rollover process from entity formation to funding. Build rapport over the phone and through email with clients to provide exceptional customer service. Work with 3rd party vendors to ensure timely filing of state and federal documents related to Corporate and 401(k) Plan EINs. Generate legal documents with accuracy and detail. Prepare final Corporation and Plan documents. Collaborate with Sales team to provide client process updates. Understand and assist clients with bank account set up. Explain company products and services. Additional Functions: Contribute to department and team projects. Perform other duties as required. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Job Specifications: Must be 18 years of age. 1-2 years of customer relations experience required. Passion for providing outstanding customer service. Willingness to navigate tough financial conversations with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience. Drive to learn with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience managing multiple accounts. A competitive attitude about production while maintaining high-quality work. Ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker. Other Requirements: Must pass a background check. Must meet work-from-home requirements to qualify. Complete continuing education based on current certifications. Compensation and Perks: The compensation package for this role includes a competitive hourly rate of $21 per hour, which equates to an annualized amount of $43,680.
