We're proud of our high employee engagement score of 86 and our inclusive and diverse culture where every voice counts. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative on our National Accounts team, you'll be responsible for processing and resolving customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner. You'll provide exceptional customer service, respond to inbound calls, and initiate outbound calls to resolve customer service inquiries.
