They are seeking a Key Account Manager to grow and manage relationships with VAR and EPC Accounts, develop sales strategies, and drive revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead the execution of a coordinated sales strategy focused on fulfilling Trystar’s vision to be a full solution provider to our customersContinuously improve the Trystar sales process through disruptive and innovative thinkingEngage directly with VAR Account customers to:Identify how Trystar can help meet their unmet needs and constraints with our current offering or through custom solutionsBuild awareness and develop preference (specifications) for the Trystar offeringCollaborate with Trystar Solution Owners, Product Owners, Application Engineers and Engineering to identify differentiated solutions that resonate with VAR and EPC customer needsImplement sales process best practices to target business aligned with the Trystar strategyDrive revenue growth by maximizing share-of-wallet at existing accountsCreate plans and campaigns that mobilize the Trystar team to develop opportunities and increase their win ratesUtilize your experience with Salesforce, and ERP systems to maximize sales process effectivenessLeverage business intelligence and analytics to get resultsDisplay your influence and communication skillsExecute sales forecasting at a level that improves the effectiveness of the other functional groups’ performance and helps Trystar exceed customer expectations on delivery and responsivenessCollaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide inputs that deliver customer solutions with a best-in-class customer experienceAnalyze the Rental market and market opportunitiesExhibit a growth mindset and display your ability to manage changeUtilize your business acumen in regular decision makingArticulate technology differentiators to both business and technical audiences, external and internalEstablish and execute against an effective commercial marketing program strategy, budget, and annual calendar including but not limited to participation in industry tradeshow speaking opportunities and engagement, webinars, social selling, thought leadership white papers, and digital marketing collateral and campaignsSkillsBachelor's DegreeCandidate must reside in the USStrong communication skills10+ years of sales experience servicing the Value Added Reseller MarketAbility to travel up to 50% initially, and then 25-50% thereafterSalesforce usage to develop opportunity funnel, track quotes, and ordersGood attention to detail while seeing the big picture / visionStrong analytical and computer skillsSales and/or customer care experiencePortable power, electrical or electronics product experienceStrong technical aptitudeStrong team and collaboration skills across multiple functions with ability to quickly build strong partnerships both internally and externallyThrives in a fast-paced, changing environmentAbility to manage through influenceCompany OverviewTrystar is a design and manufactures our products to meet the industry.
