What You'll Be Doing
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the support and assistance they deserve. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex problems when necessary
Providing product and service information to customers
Processing transactions, orders, and requests accurately

Technical Requirements
To ensure you can perform your duties effectively from your home office, the following technical requirements must be met:
Computer: A desktop or laptop computer running an authentic, validated, or native copy of Windows 10, Windows 11, or the most current version of macOS. Macs must not be more than five years old.
Display: At least one monitor that is 15 inches or larger.
Peripherals: A USB wired headset and a webcam for video calls and verification purposes.
Internet Connection: Minimum download speed of 2 Mbps and upload speed of 1 Mbps. A direct Ethernet connection is strongly preferred over wireless for reliability.
Operating System: Ensure your operating system is up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates.
Please note that Chromebooks, tablets, and mobile devices are not compatible with our systems and cannot be used for this position.
Qualifications We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously
Ability to type at a minimum speed of 40 words per minute with 80% accuracy
Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity for handling paperwork and operating computer peripherals
Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be located in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience in a call center, retail, or hospitality setting
Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
Familiarity with basic troubleshooting procedures
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) β though not required, this is a strong plus
