[Remote] Intern- Sales Operations

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ondaro is seeking a Sales Operations Intern in our Sales Operations Department. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our sales team, including CRM maintenance and executing on requests from Sales Operations leadership. The intern will also assist with reporting and data pulls to support pipeline reviews and forecasting.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update HubSpot CRM — including data hygiene, contact and deal record management, list segmentation, and pipeline accuracyBuild and update sales operations artifacts including process documentation, playbooks, templates, and dashboardsComplete ad hoc requests from Sales Operations leaders as well as Marketing leaders with a high degree of accuracy and urgencyAssist with reporting and data pulls to support pipeline reviews and forecastingResearch and document best practices, competitive insights, and industry trends as neededSupport onboarding and offboarding of sales team members in systems and toolsIdentify and flag process gaps or data inconsistencies in CRM and operational workflowsPerforms other duties as assigned or requiredSkillsCurrently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor'sStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrior exposure to HubSpot or another CRM platform (a plus, not required)Interest in enterprise software, SaaS, or digital transformation (a plus, not required)Familiarity with ServiceNow or enterprise IT services (a plus, not required)BenefitsPaid training, including ServiceNow certificationsWe build in training dollars and hours into our annual plan for each and every employee so you have the time and resources available to stretch yourselfCompany OverviewAt Cask, we design, enable and sustain digital transformation on the ServiceNow platform.
