[Remote] Workday Benefits Principal Consultant

The Principal Workday Benefits Consultant will be responsible for solutioning, navigating, and optimizing Workday Benefits, ensuring successful implementation and production support for Benefits and additional Workday modules under the HCM umbrella.ResponsibilitiesProvide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited directionUnderstand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to Production effortsSupport clients during Annual Events such as: Annual Talent/Performance, Merit, Open Enrollment, ACA, etc. as neededPartner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etcCollaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignmentAccurately maintain forecast in a timely mannerPartner with the Sales team and serve as a Subject Matter Expert while assisting with sales presentations, demos, and LOEsStay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practicesBuild strong relationships with clients, gained through trust and exceptional customer serviceSkillsMinimum of three years of experience as a lead Workday Benefits Consultant at a Workday partner firm is requiredMust have extensive experience troubleshooting, configuring, and navigating Workday BenefitsMust have experience independently leading at least two Workday Phase 1 implementations and two Workday Phase X implementationsExperience independently assisting Workday customers through Open Enrollment support requiredExperience independently assisting customers through Affordable Care Act (ACA) support requiredWorkday Partner Certifications and hands-on experience required in Workday Benefits AND at least one of these: Advanced Comp, Learning, Recruiting, Talent, Reporting, PEXEmployment is contingent upon obtaining a Workday Launch certificationAll required Workday Partner certifications must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPAStrong organizational skills are required.
