**Key Responsibilities**

* Delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
* Advising and assisting customers with policy changes, coverage options, and other service requests
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, promoting our products and services
* Maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies and PCI compliance standards
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
* Strong computer, phone, typing, and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Current Property and Casualty license required or ability to complete licensing within 90 days of employment
* Fluency in Spanish required for Spanish-speaking queue
