They are seeking an Intake Specialist to join their team, playing a key role in the reverse Mortgage Industry and helping customers with their mortgage needs.ResponsibilitiesEvaluate retail and wholesale reverse mortgage loan submissions for compliance and completenessAccurately input pertinent loan data into operational systemsOrder supplementary vendor products, such as credit reports and flood certsUtilize FHA Connection to order case numbers and log appraisalsCommunicate file status with retail and wholesale clientsWork closely with processing and underwriting to establish productive and efficient work flowsSkillsExcellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office productsStrong customer service and time management skills a mustHighly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industryPrevious Mortgage industry experience preferred but not requiredPrevious Junior Loan Processor experience a plusPrior FHA Connection Knowledge a plus but not requiredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredBenefitsVacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis.
