You will play a vital role in creating, organizing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that enhances customer experiences and streamlines internal processes. This role requires a collaborative mindset, technical proficiency, and an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. Join us in our mission to make the digital economy accessible, safe, and easy to use for everyone.ResponsibilitiesCreate a standard for help site support articles to be consistent across Phantom platforms.Stay current with new versions of Phantom’s app and site to keep them up to date.Partner with chatbot admin to maintain generative AI bot for support.Organize, publish, and maintain content using CMS platform Sanity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content accessibility and usability.Translate technical jargon into user-friendly language for various audiences.Assist with creating in-app information model content / tool tipsHelp maintain developer documents on docs.phantom.comQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.2–4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the technology or software industry.Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, WordPress, Drupal, or similar).Crypto knowledge via a dApp, non custodial wallet or centralized exchange.Experience creating and managing chatbot content (e.g., ChatGPT, Dialogflow, or similar).Strong understanding of customer support workflows and user-focused content creation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency.Why Work with UsOpportunityWe are a team of experienced builders in the blockchain and crypto industry.
