Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
Present and recommend policies that align with individual goals and budgets
Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
Manage follow-ups, policy servicing, and renewals with professionalism and care
Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and compliance standards
Utilize CRM and digital tools to track activities and manage leads efficiently
Requirements:
Active Insurance License (Life, Health, or both)
1+ year experience in insurance sales or customer advisory roles preferred
Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and video-based)
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Familiarity with CRM software and virtual meeting tools
