Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer inbound customer calls
ā¢ Provide exceptional customer service
ā¢ Assist customers with billing, account inquiries, reservations, roadside assistance, scheduling, and other support services
ā¢ Accurately document customer interactions
ā¢ Follow client guidelines, scripts, and procedures
ā¢ Meet attendance, quality, and performance expectations
Requirements
ā¢ Computer or laptop (Windows-based preferred)
ā¢ Reliable high-speed internet connection
ā¢ USB headset
ā¢ Quiet, professional workspace
ā¢ Strong communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Ability to complete onboarding, certification, and any required background checks
ā¢ Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor
