Day-to-Day Duties
• Communicate with clients through phone, email, and communication tools
• Assist with insurance applications, policy updates, and general requests
• Monitor open requests and provide timely updates to clients
• Maintain accurate client information in internal systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth workflows
Qualifications
• Prior experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
