Pharmacy Customer Service Representative Weekend Remote (Full Time)
About the position
Carlisle Medical is seeking a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mobile, AL. This full-time remote position focuses on managing the prescription needs of injured workers, ensuring efficient and accurate service. The role involves working alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule, providing an opportunity to work from home during weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Prepares, inputs and supports claimant profiles in pharmacy network.

ā¢ Assists pharmacies in adjudication of claimant medications.

ā¢ Coordinates and liaises with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits.

ā¢ Supports client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data.
,
ā¢ Manages and updates client and claimant information in multiple systems.
,
ā¢ Answers questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications.
,
ā¢ Adjusts to changing processes and needs of various clients.
,
ā¢ Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
ā¢ 3 years related customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ā¢ Proficient in the use of computers and multiple software systems.

ā¢ Experienced in Microsoft Office.
,
ā¢ Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.

ā¢ Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
