Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing enthusiastic and compassionate customer service for inbound and outbound phone and email support * Working closely and professionally with other departments to ensure the best possible resolution for our clients * Managing multiple software programs while conversing with internal and external customers * Maintaining and promoting excellent client relations through prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications * Delivering strong and proactive follow-up to customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded * Adhering to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations **Required Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: * **Communication**: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate across all levels with internal and external customers.
