Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Information Processing Clerk to join our team. This position is a combination of remote and office work and offers the flexibility for you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
Process and manage large amounts of data and information accurately and efficiently
Sort, organize and file digital and physical documents in a timely manner
Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency of all data
Monitor and flag any discrepancies in data or information
Prepare and distribute reports as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education in business or office administration is a plus
Proven experience as an information processing clerk or similar position
Strong working knowledge of databases, MS Office, and other relevant software
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
