About The Role
We are seeking a Travel Customer Care Specialist to assist clients with travel-related support and coordination throughout the planning process. This role is centered around providing responsive service, maintaining organized travel details, and helping create a smooth client experience from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
⢠Support clients with travel inquiries, reservation details, and itinerary updates
⢠Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities
⢠Communicate professionally with clients through email, messaging, and phone support
⢠Review travel information to ensure accuracy and completeness
⢠Assist with schedule changes, updates, and general travel support needs
⢠Maintain organized documentation and client records
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Strong customer service and communication skills
⢠Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client requests
⢠Comfortable using online systems and digital communication tools
⢠Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
⢠Ability to work independently in a remote environment
⢠Experience in hospitality, customer support, administrative work, or travel services is beneficial
