They are seeking a highly motivated High-Volume Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for customer-facing roles across multiple markets nationwide, focusing on high-volume hiring campaigns and candidate engagement.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboardingSupport high-volume hiring initiatives across multiple territories and markets simultaneouslyConduct virtual interviews, and candidate assessmentsEvaluate candidate qualifications, leadership capabilities, and cultural fitMaintain consistent communication throughout the hiring processBuild talent pipelines for Product Specialists, Market Coaches, and Area ManagersIdentify candidates with experience in retail sales, field marketing, consumer products, wireless, hospitality, customer service, and experiential marketingDevelop market-specific recruiting strategies to meet hiring targets and launch timelinesSource active and passive candidates through Indeed, ATS databases, referrals, networking, social media, and industry-specific platformsExecute high-volume outreach campaigns to generate candidate interestBuild and maintain talent pools for future hiring needsServe as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment processDeliver a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experienceSchedule interviews, coordinate feedback, and facilitate offer discussionsMaintain timely communication regarding application status and next stepsPartner closely with hiring managers, field leaders, and operational stakeholdersConduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirementsProvide market insights, candidate feedback, and recruiting recommendationsEnsure alignment on candidate quality, hiring timelines, and recruitment prioritiesSkills2-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume recruiting environmentsExperience recruiting for field marketing, retail, sales, merchandising, hospitality, customer service, or consumer-facing rolesProven ability to manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities simultaneouslyStrong sourcing experience utilizing Indeed, ATS platforms, and other recruiting toolsExcellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment reportingExperience recruiting for field sales, retail operations, merchandising, brand ambassador, or experiential marketing programsExperience supporting multi-location, multi-state, or territory-based hiring initiativesBackground in staffing, agency recruiting, retail recruiting, or field operations recruitmentExperience supporting rapid growth or large-scale hiring campaignsCompany OverviewWe work with retailers to remove the risk of experimentation with turnkey solutions, allowing them to enhance customer experiences and build stores of the future.
