WellSpan Health is seeking a Financial Systems Data Intelligence Lead to oversee the administration and optimization of the Oracle FAIDP platform. This role is crucial for ensuring the performance and integrity of analytics solutions that support various business functions, focusing on data-driven decision-making and reporting solutions.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence environments, including configuration, monitoring, and supportUses in depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud and associated reporting tools like OTBI and BIP in conjunction with FAIDP components like OAC (Oracle Analytics Cloud) and Oracle ADW (Analytics Data Warehouse) to support the design, development, testing and deployment of functional business intelligence requirementsUsing knowledge of data schema in Oracle Fusion and Oracle ADW, provides expert-level support in SQL query development and troubleshooting to meet complex data needsLeverages Oracle FAIDP’s embedded machine learning and generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to improve and expedite predictive and analytical capabilities across the Oracle platform’s functional span of HCM, Finance and SCMAssists the security team with management of user access, roles, and security in alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirementsOversee data integration processes, including data loads, validation, and synchronization across HCM, Finance, and SCM domainsTroubleshoot and resolve system, data, and reporting issues in a timely mannerSupport the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutionsMonitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and reliabilityCoordinate system updates, patches, and enhancements with internal teams and external vendorsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all supported functional areasMaintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and user guidesLeads training and mentorship for team members and functional end users, enhancing the organization’s business and analytics capabilitiesAct as a liaison between functional teams (HCM, Finance, SCM) and IT for analytics-related initiativesPerform day-to-day administration of the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence platformEnsure system uptime, performance, and data availability for business-critical reportingExecute and monitor data refresh cycles and integration workflowsEnforce data security, access controls, and compliance standardsAnalyze and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issuesSupport cross-functional reporting needs spanning HCM, Finance, and SCMEnable and support self-service analytics while maintaining governance controlsCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersSkillsAssociates Degree Required7 years experience working with complex data structures within business systems providing analytic and visual content to support business objectsMust be highly organized, proficient in time management, and possess strong public speaking skillsStrong understanding of healthcare data domains including clinical, financial, and operational datasetsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data standardsAdvanced analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot complex data pipeline and reporting issuesHigh level of proficiency in interpreting and optimizing OAC and FDI / FAIDP semantic models and subject areasAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams spanning HCM, Finance, SCM and IT domainsBachelors Degree In Finance, Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or Information Technology5 years' experience working with Oracle Cloud technologies to include Oracle FDI / FAIDP, ADW, and OAC3 years' experience working in the healthcare industry, preferably in a Health SystemOracle Cloud Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Implementation ProfessionalOracle Analytics Cloud ProfessionalBenefitsComprehensive health benefitsRetirement savings planPaid time off (PTO)Education assistanceFinancial education and support, including DailyPayExpanded Paid Parental LeaveCompany OverviewWellSpan Health assists by providing healthcare and disability care services to children and adults.
