As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service Your passion for hospitality and commitment to customer satisfaction will help create memorable moments for our patrons. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using Square system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety and handling guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through cash register systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests from guests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is a plus.
