Responsibilities will be focused on responding to inbound web leads and phone calls, as well as proactively prospecting for new borrowers and loan opportunities with an end goal of turning prospects into clients and turning clients into lifetime customers. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company that is growing rapidly. Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls from prospective borrowers (clients)Respond to inbound web leads and explain our product offeringsReach out to lists of prospective borrowers and leads to earn their businessProfessionally represent Easy Street Capital in both verbal and written communicationsGenerate and close sales quotas on a monthly basisProvide feedback to marketing team to optimize strategies across various marketing activities; online ads, social media, email campaigns, events, etc. Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers with a long-term perspective Skills Desired 2 years sales experience (required)Private lending experience (preferred)HubSpot or comparable CRM software experience (preferred)Investment real estate experience (preferred)Basic Microsoft Office knowledgeStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Confidence on phoneHigh level of drive with strong desire to succeedAbility to handle rejectionPositive attitude with a “team player” mentalitySelf-starter who can identify areas of opportunity without directionEntrepreneurial mindsetAccountabilityStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive with a commission-oriented compensation structure Additional Information We are looking for the right team member to join our team.
