[Remote] Finance Manager

They are seeking a Business Finance Manager to oversee financial processes, support corporate accounting initiatives, and promote continuous improvement within the organization while ensuring compliance with quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates the values and business principles of LeadecWorks safely at all timesSite contact for basic accounting related tasks, e.g., processing invoices, payroll, data entry, billing and purchases of most site equipment and suppliesAnnual Budget preparation, Forecasting, Monthly Reporting and AnalysisProject Estimation and bid completionLeasing and Fixed Asset managementWork with corporate accounting related to site issuesManage administrative assistant duties related to accounting functionsProvide information by answering questions and requests from the customer and local and corporate staffStrategic team member responsible for promoting quality, performance, and continuous improvement within the organizationEnsure all process owners, group leaders, operations leaders, and support team members adhere to site and customer quality standards and processesTrack and manage all internal scope completion auditsCompliance oversite of all route/frequency/scope adjustmentsSupport management projects as requiredTrack and investigate receivablesData collection, tracking and reporting of KPI site metricsComplete site reporting as requiredAdhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectivelyAll other duties as assigned by Leadec managerSkillsA minimum of 5 years of progressive responsibilities in accounting preferably in a manufacturing environmentProficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) are requiredAccounts Payable, Purchasing and Billing experienceProfessional attitude and organizational abilitiesAbility to work with minimum supervisionUnderstanding of general business and the support of operationsResponsive to change by embracing processPrevious experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferredPayroll experience a plusExperience with Navision and eTIME is preferredCompany OverviewLeadec is the worldβs leading service specialist for the entire life cycle of a factory and the related infrastructure.
