[Remote] Executive Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer - Advisory and Counsel

They are seeking an Executive Partner, Chief Human Resources Officer to deliver advisory services to CHRO members, focusing on developing HR strategies and addressing workforce challenges across various industries.ResponsibilitiesProvide executive advisory services to approximately 20 CHRO members who work across all industries and business modelsWork as a collaborative Gartner team member serving Gartner for CHRO members in conjunction with Team Client Managers and Account ExecutivesParticipate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, on-boarding, relationship management, delivery, review and renewalResponsible for member retention and for contributing toward growth in the region through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development and value demonstration activitiesHost and /or participate in periodic member activities, including strategy workshops, roundtables and webinarsDefine and deliver innovative solutions by assessing member needs and developing a customized value plan in accordance with overall Executive Program strategy and product deliverablesFacilitate member interaction and peer collaboration through the Gartner for CHRO member community portal and assisted member connectionsSkillsAn undergraduate degree or Masters is preferred with 5+ years of experience working as a CHRO; 15+ years of experience in HRAn in-depth understanding of the HR function and the role of the CHRO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.)In depth understanding of the business value of HR and the alignment of business and HR strategiesThe Executive Partner will be an accomplished CHRO, working with the C-suite, the Board of Directors and a host of stakeholders with a broad base of expertise who has operated at a senior leadership level and driven change at all levelsExcellent communication and relationship management skills, including experience working with C-level executivesAbility to build strategic internal partnerships with key roles across the organization and positively impact changeThis role is a Client-facing position that requires a high level of Executive presence and ability to quickly build trust and deliver valueDemonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills as well as strong facilitation and presentation skillsGartner/(CEB) client experience preferredConsulting background a plusExperience consulting into the federal government on human capital issues is a plusBenefitsAnnual bonus plan based on company and individual performanceRole-based, uncapped sales incentive planGenerous PTOA 401k match up to $7,200 per yearThe opportunity to purchase company stock at a discountMarket leading benefit programsFlexibility and support for you to thrive — working virtually when it's productive to do so and getting together with colleagues in a vibrant community that is purposeful, engaging and inspiringCompany OverviewGartner provides fact-based consulting services, helping clients use and manage IT to enhance business performance.
