Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for serving our customers over the telephone in a call-center environment. Our accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) training program will fully prepare you for this role, and you will have the opportunity to work with a live trainer in small class sizes. Key Responsibilities Answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional service and support Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Working in a fast-paced call-center environment with varying shifts, including mid-shift (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Collaborating with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a background and drug screen. You should also have strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, integrity, and values. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is also required.
