[Remote] Enterprise Sales Manager

They are seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager to build sales strategies, manage a sales pipeline, and win new business with large US Insurance Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs.ResponsibilitiesWin new business for Novidea and grow revenues with Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the US and globallyCreate new opportunities and drive them at the divisional or global level with executivesWork with C-level executives at prospects and customersLead strategic sales processes, proposal creation, contract negotiations, including legal review, and conduct executive level presentations across departmentsIdentify and support new business development activities to ensure regional goals are metManage RFIs/RFPs and bid proposals/pitchesLead and execute RFP response process that wins new contractsBuild a qualified pipeline by creating new opportunities for Novidea to sell and implement our productLead monthly Business Pipeline Meeting and weekly pipeline overviewDevelop relationships with our existing clients leading to strategic expansion opportunitiesSkills10+ years of successful complex enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement10+ years' experience with insurtech ecosystem, including InsurTech products and system integrators, and or Insurance distribution experienceProven and verifiable wins of $1m + ARR in individual deal valuesStrong relationship building skills with C-Level players at the top 100 agencies, brokers, MGAs, and MGUs in the USStrong business acumen with ability to develop and manage strategic plans with partner and company executivesThe ability to articulate ROI at all levels of an organizationOutstanding verbal and written communication skills across multiple platformsAbility to work effectively with team members at all levels of the company across multiple time zonesDemonstrated ability to quickly identify and solve complex problems through a methodical and process-oriented approachStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple, priorities and client engagement simultaneouslyEstablished relationships with industry enterprise customersEstablished professional network in the insurance marketAbility to conduct thorough requirements and information gathering to sell custom software solutionsExperience working in a Scale up environmentDegree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fieldCompany OverviewNovidea is a cloud-based, data-driven insurance management platform for brokers, agents, MGAs/MGUs, & wholesalers.
