They are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships within strategic enterprise accounts in asset-intensive industries.ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop a defined set of named enterprise accounts within target industries (e.g., food & beverage, packaging, metals, chemicals)Build and execute strategic account plans to drive new logo acquisition and multi-site expansionIdentify and prioritize high-value opportunities across plants, regions, and business unitsConsistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsBuild and manage a high-quality pipeline with strong conversion ratesDrive deals from initial discovery through pilot, proof of value, and enterprise rolloutEngage plant-level stakeholders including maintenance managers, reliability engineers, and plant managersBuild relationships with executive buyers (VP Operations, VP Manufacturing, Reliability Leaders)Lead consultative discovery focused on operational challenges, downtime, and ROIPosition AssetWatch’s full platform including vibration, temperature, oil, and emerging solutionsArticulate clear business value tied to reduced downtime, improved reliability, and cost savingsDevelop and present compelling ROI-driven business casesNavigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and approval processesLead pilot programs and ensure successful transition to paid deploymentsNegotiate commercial terms and close enterprise agreementsPartner with Customer Success to drive adoption and expansionProvide market feedback to Product and Marketing teamsCollaborate with leadership on territory strategy and forecastingMaintain accurate pipeline and forecast visibilityAdhere to defined sales processes and stage exit criteriaParticipate in regular deal reviews and account planning sessionsSkills7+ years of experience in B2B sales in a complex or technical environment5+ years of experience selling directly to plant-level personas (e.g., maintenance, reliability, operations)Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise or strategic account salesExperience managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales processesStrong business acumen with the ability to quantify and communicate ROIExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience selling predictive maintenance, IIoT, SaaS, or industrial technology solutionsFamiliarity with reliability programs, maintenance workflows, and plant operationsExperience with land-and-expand sales modelsAbility to navigate both plant-level and corporate decision-making structuresExperience selling into industrial, manufacturing, or asset-intensive environments preferredBenefitsCompetitive compensation package including stock optionsFlexible work scheduleComprehensive benefits including retirement plan matchOpportunity to make a real impact every dayWork with a dynamic and growing teamUnlimited PTOCompany OverviewPredictive Maintenance Simplified.
