Customer Service Account Associate - Remote

Job Summary:

Join our team at T-Mobile as a Customer Service Account Associate and be part of a dynamic and growth-oriented company that invests in its employees. As a Customer Service Account Associate, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries and concerns, and identify opportunities to build customer loyalty and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
Build customer loyalty and value through effective account management and identification of additional products and services
Deliver exceptional customer service using resource documentation and automated tools
Meet department productivity and quality standards
Approach each call with a can-do mindset and treat customers with respect, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help
Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes, and develop proficiency in company values and competencies


Requirements:


High School Diploma/GED required
6 months of customer service experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently with multiple applications and computer screens simultaneously
Windows (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred)
At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
