[Remote] EDI Delivery Consultant - Plex

They are seeking an EDI Delivery Consultant to support the implementation of EDI Trading Partners in the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and provide consulting leadership to customers in the manufacturing industry.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, timelines, and budgetsMonitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan, implementation timeline, and budgetGather and create accurate requirements for software configuration or new development, designed to meet the true business needs of the customer and requirements of the Trading PartnerTest and configure software to meet customer requirementsConduct workshops for customersProvide multi-faceted support while delivering services, including: resolving problems, explaining products and services, instructing in use of software, configuring software, managing risks, troubleshooting, billing concerns, and other business prioritiesCommunicate appropriate guidance for resolution and status in a timely mannerCollaborate with Services (Professional, Technical, and Support), Customer Success, Product Management, and Product EngineeringGather information, research, and manage customer requests from creation to completionManage timelines and deliverables with internal departments and customersUtilize and enhance our Delivery Practice, PMO and the Plex Knowledge Management SystemBuild formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team membersSkillsBachelor's Degree in Relevant FieldLegal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job openingThe ability to travel 10% of the timeTypically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience2+ years of experience in a consulting role within manufacturing industry2+ years of experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)Prior Plex experiencePrior experience with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT, ODETTE, and VDA)Prior experience using BOOMI in a professional environmentExperienced in project managementWillingness to work non-standard hours on occasionCompany OverviewRockwell Automation specializes in industrial automation and information, makes its customers more productive.
