[Remote] E-Commerce Product Manager

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an E-Commerce Product Manager to oversee the customer-facing experience and implementation of enterprise ecommerce projects. The role involves leading research, managing agile delivery cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end research, collection, refinement, and documentation of business requirements for enterprise ecommerce projectDevelop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensure alignment across engineering, architecture, and product stakeholdersPartner with cross functional business teams (WebOps Promotions, Digital Merchandising, Company Planning, Marketing, Analytics) to define and validate business needsManage the full agile delivery cycle of new feature requirements: web design, feasibility, sizing, solutioning, SEO design, implementation, QA, UAT, release and measurementCollaborate closely with IT partners (Solutions Architect, SFCC Developers, Integration Developers, OMS Developers, etc) to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirementsCreate comprehensive Jira Epics, User Stories, acceptance criteria, sub tasks, and defect ticketsParticipate in daily scrums, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and ad hoc technical meetings related to Order of OperationsManage UX design, leading a web designer from hypothesis through design reviews and selection with ability to communicate and align stakeholdersConduct Product Owner UAT planning, test-case creation, execution, and validation for UX, analytics, and backend logic changesDrive setup, execution, and validation of applicable A/B tests, including configuration, QA, and performance monitoringPartner with Analytics to define a/b test success criteria, KPI frameworks, and post test evaluation methodologiesCollaborate with the broader Innovation team to schedule A/B test timing, SFCC releases, and customer-facing UX and functionality changesMonitor production performance post-releases, including promotional accuracy, conversion impacts, error rates, and user reported issuesMaintain deep understanding of brand-specific promotional strategies, pricing mechanics, loyalty tiers, brand data and customer demographics and preferences, and customer-impact KPIs to inform degree required in a related field8+ years of professional experience in branded retail, ecommerce or consulting environmentStrong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExperience using Adobe Analytics (or equivalent) to develop hypotheses, define KPIs and drive outcomesExperience using tools like Monday.com and Adobe Target (or equivalent) to plan, prioritize and execute both test and personalization at scaleStrong understanding and demonstrated success using Agile methodsExcellent communication and project management skills – ability to communicate with internal and external clients to gain understanding of needs with ability to translate those effectively into software requirementsAn entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative
