This remote position is responsible for driving new business across the Northeast U.S. and Canada territory, focusing on strategic planning, client engagement, and contract negotiations.ResponsibilitiesTerritory Strategy & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic plan to identify and engage prospective clients within the assigned regionLead Nurturing: Build strong relationships with prospects, assess business fit, and guide them through the sales cyclePricing & Profitability: Create competitive pricing strategies that align with company profitability goalsProposal Development: Lead RFP responses in collaboration with technical writers and subject matter expertsSales Presentations: Participate in client presentations, coordinate dry runs, and communicate win strategiesContract Negotiation: Drive contract negotiations with support from the legal teamClient Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition by partnering with client services and implementation teamsSpecial Projects: Manage strategic initiatives, trade conferences, and other projects as neededRepresent the Sales team at industry events and conferences, leveraging supplier relationships and hosting company-sponsored eventsFoster strong internal and external partnerships to deliver innovative solutions and exceed client expectationsSkillsAbility to travel 20–30%Minimum 2 years of successful experience selling outsourced services to multinational companiesProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong presentation and networking skills (in-person and virtual)Expertise in new business development and consultative selling, including crafting tailored value propositionsDemonstrated ability to build and manage a robust pipeline, understanding client needs and pain pointsStrong analytical and decision-making skillsCompany Overview It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
