Client Service Representative

Alera Group, Inc. is a rapidly growing insurance broker that specializes in Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, and Financial Services. They are seeking a Client Service Representative to support risk strategy, client service excellence, and operational accuracy within their Property & Casualty team. Responsibilities Support Commercial Lines Account Managers with day‑to‑day servicing of existing client accounts Provide prompt, professional responses to client service requests and inquiries Maintain a strong client‑focused service approach that supports retention and satisfaction Review and check policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness Issue certificates of insurance in accordance with client and carrier requirements Request and process policy endorsements with insurance carriers Order FR‑19 forms and update driver information as needed Maintain accurate documentation and records within agency systems Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and service standards Identify and escalate issues that require Account Manager or carrier involvement Contribute to consistent service practices that reduce errors and omissions exposure Skills High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience supporting Commercial Lines insurance accounts Active Property & Casualty insurance license Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working within an insurance agency or brokerage environment Familiarity with commercial insurance documentation and servicing workflows Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life and disability coverage 401(k) Generous PTO And more Company Overview Alera Group is a growing leader, reimagining the complex risk management, insurance and financial services delivery experience through intentional collaboration connecting clients to holistic solutions that protect and grow all they value most.
