**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Aviation Technology and Innovation**

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our data management processes. This involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data requirements, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business value. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Conducting complex and detailed analysis of existing processes, systems, and desired objectives to meet the goals/purpose of allocated projects. * Collaborating with Product Administrators and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prioritize feature development based on business value. * Evoke and create initial stories/features and elaborate into user scenarios that clearly describe the functional and non-functional requirements. * Convey business requirements through various artifacts such as epics, features, scenarios, acceptance criteria based on user stories, process flows, wireframe mockups, link charts, and demos. * Work collaboratively with a multi-functional team within a Scrum framework, participating in sprint functions like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. * Lead work meetings and report on new features, requirements, and methodologies. * Oversee testing, bug tracking, and upgrades while ensuring issues are resolved before elevating to production environments. * Utilize data and analytics to pass on solution influence and help drive process-driven solutions. * Develop business logic and critical metrics for integration into decision support models and tools. * Build problem statements including problem description and improvement measures, and drill down to understand root causes. * Convey recommendations and supporting data to establish strong, logical, and justifiable business reasons. * Supply direction to project planning and effort estimation within scope. * Support the identification of risks and mitigation approaches. * Establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT product teams, as well as specialty unit leaders. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 3 years of hands-on experience as a project manager, product owner, or similar role. * Knowledge of the concept and principles of agile philosophy; ability to apply appropriate agile methodologies in software development and delivery processes. * Understanding of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from feasibility through to production. * Knowledge of tools, methods, and procedures of requirement analysis; ability to evoke, analyze, and document expected business functionality and non-functionality requirements. * Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills. * Excellent training and organizational skills, with strong verbal and written communication and facilitation skills. * Consistently prioritizes the safety and security of self, others, and personal data. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Strong comprehension of integrated/SDLC development approaches. * DevOps experience including the use of tools like Enterprise Agile planning solutions such as Jira or similar. * Past experience as a product well-informed authority including ownership for its development and execution. * Adaptability to adjust and anticipate changing business goals. * Aircraft business experience, business process re-engineering, and broad experience working with agile teams is desirable. **What We Offer** At blithequark, we're committed to the well-being and success of our employees.
