They are seeking an innovative and strategic Digital Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of a key digital product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for a specific digital productPartner with business leaders to ensure product priorities align with strategic objectives and measurable business outcomesWork closely with IT, design, data, operations, and other cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements through an agile sprint modelTranslate business needs into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready requirementsPrioritize product work based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, compliance needs, and delivery capacityIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital tools to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and product performanceLead stakeholder discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and product performance reviewsMonitor product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the productServe as the primary product voice between business partners and technology delivery teamsEstablish and track objectives & key results (KPIs), such as engagement, conversion, customer satisfaction, and/or internal efficiency, to support our Service Excellence philosophy and drive measurable business impactDeliver user-centric digital products that enhance customer experience and internal operations, validated through evidence-based learning and iterative launchesSkills5+ years of experience in digital product management or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital productsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline)Demonstrated expertise in digital product management, including supporting complex software development projects, defining product requirements, and delivering scalable platforms that meet user and business needsExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams (software developers, designers, data analysts, compliance specialists) and stakeholdersExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to consensus in a collaborative environmentProficiency in a product development lifecycle and with agile methodologiesExperience with user research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) and product discovery (e.g., rapid experimentation, hypothesis testing)Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment.
