Crash Champions is the largest founder-led multi-shop operator of high-quality collision repair service in the U.S. The DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes that support business applications and systems, enhancing system reliability and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesBuild, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Copilot and Azure DevOpsManage and support cloud infrastructure environments including Azure and AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, cost optimization, and high availabilityImplement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to support standardized and automated infrastructure deploymentsMonitor system performance, availability, and reliability across development, testing, and production environmentsTroubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application related issues across environments in a timely mannerAutomate operational and administrative tasks to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and accelerate deployment cyclesCollaborate with software engineering and QA teams to improve application reliability, observability, and deployment readinessMaintain and support security best practices across cloud infrastructure, containers, and deployment pipelinesSupport containerization technologies and orchestration platforms including DockerMaintain documentation related to infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational proceduresParticipate in on call support or incident response activities as neededSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud engineering, or related technical rolesStrong experience supporting Azure cloud environments and at least one additional cloud platform such as AWS or GCPProficiency with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and deployment automation practicesHands on experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and Git based workflowsStrong understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentalsExperience with monitoring and observability tools such as LogicMonitor, Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar platformsProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShellStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross functionallyExperience supporting microservices based architecturesKnowledge of cloud security frameworks, governance, and compliance standardsFamiliarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or PuppetExperience with serverless technologies and modern cloud native architecturesIndustry certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or related certifications preferredBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceGroup Life InsuranceDisability Insurance401k Retirement Plan with matchReferral Bonus (“Cash From Crash”)5 Paid HolidaysCompany OverviewCrash Champions is a provider of automotive collision repair services.
