Remote Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities...
Ā Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry.
Ā Verify the accuracy of source documents and rectify any inconsistencies.
Ā Collect additional information for incomplete documents as necessary.
Ā Update and maintain data, including the removal of redundant files.
Ā Input information from source documents into specified databases and formats.
Ā Scan and manage documents within our systems effectively.
Ā Ensure the accuracy of completed work and proper storage.
Ā Maintain records of tasks and activities in logbooks.
Ā Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed.
Ā Print information when required, while adhering to data integrity and security policies.
Ā Monitor office equipment and stationery supplies.
