Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to UPS customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all customers have a positive experience with our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information about UPS products and services.
Process orders and track shipments.
Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the logistics or shipping industry.
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
Multilingual abilities.
Previous remote work experience.
