They are seeking a Data Engineering Manager to oversee the data delivery lifecycle, manage a distributed team, and ensure high-quality data integration across various systems.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Delivery Management: Take full accountability for the project lifecycle, ensuring ETL solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the high-quality standards required for our millions of daily data pointsTeam Leadership & Coordination: Manage and mentor a distributed team of developers, providing clear technical direction, resolving blockers, and conducting constructive code reviewsDeep System Integration: Proactively explore and master all systems upstream and downstream of your area. You will be expected to understand how our data interacts with client platforms to ensure smooth end-to-end integrationOperational Excellence: Lead the development of testing frameworks and QA plans to guarantee data integrity across our modern cloud stack (Azure, AWS, Databricks)Continuous Innovation: Constantly seek out better solutions and improved ways of working.
