Ā Work closely with team members to troubleshoot and address basic issues as they arise.
Ā Commit to a shift that corresponds with your assigned division, with options available between 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST.
Required Skills
Ā Strong typing ability (40+ WPM) with a focus on accuracy.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ā Exceptional communication skills, with the capacity to interact clearly and professionally in English.
Ā Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are advantageous.
Ā Experience in Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support is a plus.
Qualifications
Ā A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
