[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with their insurance policy inquiries while providing excellent service and support. Responsibilities You’ll be answering the phone and emails from our customers when they have questions issues around their insurance policies This isn’t your typical call center job, as you might need to investigate issues and research problems to make sure our customers questions are answered correctly and meet a successful and accurate resolution This of course may mean you need to follow up once you have all the information you need In every interaction you’ll demonstrate outstanding listening skills while providing excellent customer service Skills High school diploma Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience The ability to type well and use a computer It would be great if you had a 4-40 insurance license The ability to use Microsoft software, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word The ability to take complex information and explain it in simple terms either in writing or over the phone or chat An eye for detail Benefits Medical/dental/vision plans, which start from day one!
