[Remote] CS Implementation Consultant | Indago

The CS Implementation Consultant will participate in client consulting engagements, taking ownership of implementation tasks and supporting Project Managers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Work independently on smaller implementation projects while collaborating with cross‑functional teams
• Identify project issues and risks, communicating recommended direction to the Project Manager
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, anticipating conditions that may impact estimates or project budgets
• Meet utilization targets while consistently delivering high‑quality implementation outcomes
• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge across modules aligned with your certification track
Skills
• 2+ years of applicable experience with demonstrated success and knowledge in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Demonstrate strong functional knowledge across modules aligned with your certification track
• Ability to meet utilization targets and complete project deliverables on time
• Experience developing work plans, identifying resource needs, setting priorities, and monitoring task performance
• Customer‑centric, results‑oriented, and self‑motivated approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
• Knowledge of Epicor Indago software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
