They are seeking a Consultant in Systems & Change Management to manage transformational projects, apply strategic thinking, and support nonprofit clients in optimizing their fundraising operations and data management.ResponsibilitiesSuccessfully lead and manage transformational projects from inception to recommendations to implementation and full adoptionApply critical and strategic thinking to quickly identify the crux of a problem, question or issueCommunicate clearly, concisely, and logically (both verbally and in writing), convey information visually in a compelling manner, and articulate strategies with a point of view for a variety of audiencesConduct discovery interviews, facilitate workshops, develop and lead Learning & Development (L&D) materials, and translate operational changes into fundraising impactQuickly develop a deep understanding of organizational structure, culture, and motivationsThrive in a startup environment and contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge practice within the firm through thought leadership, independent work, and collaboration with colleaguesApply a design thinking approach to client engagements, including workshop and workflow designSkillsTwo-six years' administrator experience in Raiser's Edge/RE NXT at a large or complex nonprofitTechnical proficiency to recognize, scope, and design optimal methods for the generation, entry, management, use, and interpretation of fundraising dataWell-versed in nonprofit industry technology solutioningOutstanding project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously with a high attention to detailAn understanding of systems architecture best practices and data governance standard protocolsDemonstrated familiarity with data analysis in the areas of revenue, prospects, pipeline, fund management, forecasting, and/or campaign progressMastery of Excel and experience working with large data setsA comprehensive understanding of the data life cycle (from entry to insight)A comprehensive understanding of the donor life cycleExperience working with stakeholders at various levels and across different departmentsA mindset for creative problem-solvingComfort with developing materials in PowerPoint to effectively convey findings and/or recommendationsThis role requires approximately 20% travel for activities such as conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and participating in team events and retreatsHealthcare, higher education, and/or federated nonprofit experienceDirect responsibilities within major gifts and/or annual giving fundraisingRaiser's Edge NXT Professional Certification (“b-CRE Pro”) highly desiredStrong public speaking and visual presentation skillsAn understanding of opportunities and pitfalls for AI in fundraisingExperience with the following: Other common nonprofit CRMs, including Salesforce, Dynamics, BBCRM, Advance, etcData visualization and dynamic reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Common Raiser's Edge software integrations (e.g., Omatic, Luminate, iDonate, ResearchPoint, Constant Contact, Classy)Workflow modeling and business process design (e.g., Visio, LucidChart)Project Management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana)Relational database architecture and managementNonprofit accounting practices and financial modeling (e.g. cash vs. accrual accounting)Query/programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python)BenefitsCCS offers competitive benefitsA dynamic training programResourcesCareer advancementMentoringNetworking opportunitiesCompany OverviewCCS Fundraising provides interim development management and assessments services.
