POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for achieving recruitment processes and outcomes for CPLC including, but not limited to, posting and advertising open positions, processing and screening applications, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, coordinating interviews, administering pre-employment assessments, preparing necessary documentation, and notifying candidates of hiring decisions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or other related area, preferred and minimally has two (2) years of Human Resource related experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered to meet the qualifications for this position.
