We are looking for passionate professionals ready to work hard, embrace challenges, and enjoy being part of a dynamic, fun team. • Coordinate and dispatch shipments to ensure timely delivery. • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management teams. • Monitor and track shipments using TMS, YMS, and other tracking systems. • Solve problems quickly and effectively to handle unexpected challenges. • Make sound decisions under pressure to maintain smooth operations. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, routes, and shipment updates. • Support and uphold company policies, safety standards, and customer service expectations. Qualifications: • Ability to work four (4) 10-hour shifts per week. • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field is required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset. • Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure. • Proficiency in dispatching and logistics software, including TMS, YMS, and shipment tracking tools. • Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
