They are seeking a Client Support & Onboarding Specialist to support employees in adopting and using new systems, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and delivering high-quality client support.ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for PC employees on new systems through online live chat, offering real-time assistance and troubleshootingAssist PC employees by updating client data, demonstrating platform functionality, and providing educational resourcesDraft, schedule, and send internal communications related to system updates, onboarding instructions, and training materialsPrepare presentation materials, such as slide decks, visuals, and summaries, to support COE initiatives and training sessionsGather employee feedback and escalate themes or opportunities that improve workflows and system usabilityWork closely with COE teammates and cross functional departments to support the successful adoption of new technologyTroubleshoot product or service issues by clarifying questions, identifying root causes, delivering effective solutions, and following up to ensure resolutionProvide reporting and insights back to leaders, Sales, service teams, and clients to support better decision making and improve the user experienceContribute to a scalable and efficient business by helping employees navigate systems confidently and accuratelyApproach all interactions with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to high client satisfactionSkillsStrong interpersonal skills with a client centric mindsetStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft clear and professional communicationsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracyAbility to manage and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently while fostering a fun, lighthearted, and creative team environmentComfortable preparing slide decks and presentation materialsAbility to maintain confidential informationProficiency with Microsoft toolsCRM experience (any platform)Experience with providing customer support via a live chatExperience with drafting and rolling out communications plansExperience with Epic (Applied Systems) or HubSpotUAT (User Acceptance Testing) experienceExperience in group benefitsBenefitsExtended health care and dental benefitsA retirement savings plan with company contributionsA suite of health & wellness offeringsMental health programs and support for you and your familyAssistance for the completion of industry designationsCompetitive compensationCompany OverviewWe believe every Canadian deserves the chance to reach their full potential, on their own terms.
