Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and objectives
Present available travel options that align with client needs and expectations
Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
Help clients navigate reservation requests and planning-related processes
Provide timely responses to inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels
Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel information
Review confirmations and itinerary details to help ensure accuracy
Research destinations, travel experiences, and supplier offerings when needed
Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and industry developments
Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
