As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with individuals who have suffered or lost loved ones due to negligence, and guiding them through the initial stages of the compensation process. About the Role As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline representative of blithequark, engaging with potential claimants via an automated dialer system. Your primary objective will be to assess their eligibility for compensation and provide them with the necessary guidance and support. This role demands a unique blend of excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Connect with a high volume of callers (40-50 per day) and assess their potential eligibility for compensation claims. Utilize phone software (VICI) and Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage interactions and maintain accurate records. Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates. Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures. Troubleshoot basic IT issues independently and maintain a distraction-free workspace. Engage in other projects as needed and demonstrate flexibility in your role. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven track record of handling diverse customer interactions. A competitive spirit and a results-driven approach, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a call-center environment with a sales focus. A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (with specifications: 8GB RAM, 20GB free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) and high-speed internet (50 Mbps with 100 Mbps upload minimum). A noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB) for clear communication. Residency in either Florida or New Jersey. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications can significantly enhance your performance in this role: Previous experience in handling compensation or claims-related customer inquiries. Familiarity with CRM systems and phone software. A background in sales or customer service within a related industry. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes: A competitive hourly salary starting at $17.31, with commissions and bonuses that can increase total compensation up to $33.00+ per hour. Health, vision, and dental insurance coverage. Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). Eligibility for overtime outside of the training period. Hours of Operation As a full-time Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard 40-hour week, with the following schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern. Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern. Training schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, and Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern.
